I enjoyed a relatively clean second room after exchanging our first, and the convenient access to Birch Run Township Park is a perfect spot for weekend strolls, making my trip even more delightful.

The room was super clean and I loved the cozy lounge area where we enjoyed some yummy food. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after our long days. The only minor hiccup was that we weren't told the hot tub was out of order at check-in, but that didn’t dampen our great time! 😊

A pleasant surprise with a spacious and comfortable room, conveniently located just minutes from the outlet mall and dining options. The breakfast selection was decent, featuring Swiss cheese among other items. However, the hotel had cleanliness issues, such as cobwebs and food residue on the carpet. Additionally, a leak from the ceiling resulted in damaged belongings, highlighting maintenance concerns.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick weekend visit in Birch Run with good value. The hallways had a musty smell, which was off-putting. Make sure to ask about room upgrades if you're not happy with the initial option.

Upon entering the hotel, the musty smell in the hallways was an immediate turn-off, like stepping into a damp cave. Our King Room was old and needed some refreshing, with a bathroom layout that felt cramped and dated. Heat control was iffy. it was hot and uncomfortable and required a constant adjustment to find a decent temperature. The noise level from other guests, particularly a raucous sports team, made it difficult to relax. Lastly, the lack of access to the pool during certain hours was frustrating, particularly for the kids who were looking forward to a swim.

The location is convenient near the golf course and the staff is friendly. The pool area needs better cleaning and maintenance.

I had a nice stay, loved the clean room and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety. The front desk staff was helpful, especially Paige! I would definitely come back.
